Women on the Rise NY’s mission is to educate and empower women to help them reach their goals personally and professionally through entrepreneurship.
Our Programs
Women learn to organize, prioritize and develop strategies that will enable them to feel balanced and fulfilled. Our programs help women transform their lives through personal development and entrepreneurship. The Women on the Rise NY offers 1 on 1 coaching, group coaching sessions, business mastermind group, an annual forum & expo and an annual retreat specifically designed to help women take motivated action toward your big goals. Meet our Founder - Marsha Guerrier
Marsha Guerrier is a best selling author, life balance coach, business consultant and the founder and CEO of Women on the Rise NY, Inc. She is also a ‘Mompreneur’ with a full-time career in the financial technology industry spanning over 20 years working for Fortune 500 and startup firms. She currently is working as a Software Test Engineer. Marsha is also the founder the Yva Jourdan Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families with special needs and has served as the Executive Director for over 8 years. Marsha holds a BS in Business, Management and Economics.
She is a two-time recipient of the State Assembly of New York’s Women of Distinction Award for both her work with the Yva Jourdan Foundation and Women on the Rise NY, Inc. and most recently awarded a Citation from the Nassau County Office of the Comptroller.
