Dr. Aikyna Finch is an internationally certified and award winning Life and Social Media Coach with a background in Business, Education, Marketing and Technology. She is also a 7 time author, contributor for several magazines and the founder of Finch and Associates LLC and Changing Minds Online. She currently the co-host of the Motivate Social Podcast.

 

Dr. Finch received her Doctorate of Management, MBA in Technology Management and Executive MBA, a Masters of Management in Marketing Management and a Bachelors in Aeronautical Technology in Industrial Electronics.  Her teaching disciplines include: business, leadership, marketing, social media and information systems at the graduate and undergraduate levels. I have published and presented on topics related to youth and adult education, social media, and job search.
